Sudheer K Sharma is a senior member of the PTT group with experience in financial management, consumer fund protection, trusts and escrow structures. He also appears in a PTT video discussing the safeguarding of consumer funds through trust account solutions.

In 1999, she moved to London, where she studied English and continued to build her career across various fields. Since her move to London, she has gained over 20 years of operational experience in diverse sectors, including healthcare, logistics, and fashion. She has held leadership roles with well-established brands such as Jon Adam, Andromeda Logistics, and Cardiologist UK.

Prior to joining PTT, she served as a private practice manager in the field of cardiology, overseeing highly regarded clinics throughout London, such as the Harley Street Clinic and the Wellington Clinic.

Kessa holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and is completing her ACCA qualification. She is an experienced trust administrator who professionally manages the interests of all stakeholders. She also helped develop the iCheck system tool used to review and verify claims from trust accounts.

Aneta brings eight years of experience in Human Resources in an international company. After a career break to welcome her first child, she is now contributing her expertise to PTT Czech and APRSF while pursuing studies at the Junior Academy of Marketing.

In 1992, commissioned by the "Alliance of European Lawyers"—a group of leading European law firms—Petr established a law firm of the same name. It soon became one of the top firms in the Czech Republic, focusing primarily on privatizations, acquisitions, real estate development, and financial markets. He also served as a member of the governing bodies of major Czech industrial companies.

Since 2000, he has been active as a legal advisor to prominent private clients through his own specialized law firm. In addition, he has initiated, financed, and managed several real estate projects.

Beyond his general legal practice, Petr has for many years served as a member of expert committees for various Czech institutions.

Miroslav is a senior manager with extensive experience in management, marketing, and sales leadership. His professional focus lies in defining corporate strategy, developing new and innovative solutions, and optimizing key processes.

His experience in managing international markets has enabled him to gain an understanding of diverse business cultures and their specific nuances. His track record in generating business opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe represents a significant asset for PTT’s strategic expansion.

Before joining PT Trustees, he served as a Senior Credit Analyst at Goeasy Ltd, one of Canada’s leading providers of loans.

Imdad holds qualifications in accounting and business, and is currently completing his university studies in Business Management, with a specialization in Financial Risk Management.

His ability to understand risks represents a significant benefit for the trusts provided by PTT and for their clients.

Michal's IT experience ranges from website development to programming and social media management. At PTT, he manages the website and coordinates social media.

In 2014, James founded the first Czech company focused on trust funds – Svěřenské fondy a trusty s.r.o. He is a co-author of the respected textbook *Svěřenské fondy – krok za krokem* ("Trust Funds – Step by Step"). He holds the prestigious international TEP qualification, awarded by The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is also a committee member of the Czech Association for the Development of Trust Funds (APRSF).

James is frequently cited in the media as an expert in the field of trust funds and foundations. He regularly lectures to lawyers and other professionals in these areas, including as part of accreditation courses organized by the APRSF.

She has worked in companies of various sizes, including large corporations such as Cadbury and Ernst & Young, where she worked with partners and the CEC. Jennie ran a company that provided administrative support to small businesses.

Jennie works for PTT on a part-time basis, and her experience and skills are a great asset to the entire team.

Linda joins the team as a Trustee Executive in our Czech office, leveraging her skills to manage trusts and support growth and the development of new client relationships.
